Chuck Ragan Interview - Exclusive
Chuck Ragan got his name known in a band called Hot Water Music. I was never really into to them, but I had plenty of friends who were. After HWM split Chuck started working on his own stuff and took things back to the basics of songwriting.
I was hanging out with my buddy Nate when he was in town and it just so happened that Chuck got the opening slot for the tour. I wasn't expecting much but what I did kinda blew me away. It was just really, really honest. I'd never seen one man with an acoustic command an audience of hundreds like that.
So, when Chuck came through Philly I rang him up and asked if he'd like to stop by the SJ shop, grab some swag and chat. He's one hell of a guy.
